Support private Goodreads wishlists

The Goodreads wishlist support currently requires people to have their wishlists public. I plan to add support for private Goodreads wishlists too; if you'd like that, please add yourself here

I can't find any way to add my wish list to Kuznetsk, I entered the goodreads I'd but none of my books are showing
