Could you clarify please what you mean by “could never pull up the link”? What device/OS are you using?

I tried on both a Nexus 5 phone, running android 5.1.1 and an Asus transformer tablet running android 4.4. When I click on the "contact support" link, I repeatedly got the "Knowledge Base" page but never a pop-up box to fill out that would allow me to contact you
